Advocate Bharatt Toodi is enrolled with the State Bar Council of Telangana since 2009. With more than a decade of experience in the legal profession, he has developed substantial expertise in corporate law, criminal law, arbitration, regulatory compliance, commercial dispute resolution, and litigation before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. His practice is characterized by a comprehensive understanding of both contentious and non-contentious legal matters, enabling him to provide effective legal representation and strategic advice to a diverse range of clients.

A graduate of NALSAR University of Law, one of India's premier legal institutions, Bharatt Toodi has built a distinguished career encompassing litigation, corporate governance, intellectual property law, labour law, consumer law, and public administration. As a first-generation lawyer, his professional journey exemplifies perseverance, dedication, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. Through continuous learning and practical experience, he has established a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and sound legal judgment.

Government Service

Prior to establishing his independent practice, Bharatt Toodi served as a Company Prosecutor under the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. In this capacity, he was entrusted with conducting prosecutions on behalf of the Registrar of Companies, Telangana, before the Special Court constituted under the Companies Act, 2013. His successful handling of complex prosecution matters and his ability to effectively present the Department's case before the courts resulted in several favourable outcomes. His contributions were duly recognized and appreciated by senior officials of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, including the Director General of Corporate Affairs, the Regional Director, and the Registrar of Companies.

In addition to his prosecutorial responsibilities, he played a significant role in drafting counter affidavits, legal pleadings, and responses in matters before the High Courts and the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). His strong legal drafting skills, analytical approach, and courtroom advocacy contributed to the issuance of favourable orders in numerous regulatory and corporate law matters, demonstrating a thorough understanding of statutory interpretation, procedural law, and regulatory enforcement.

Independent Practice

Following the acceptance of his voluntary resignation by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in March 2026, Bharatt Toodi commenced his independent legal practice. Drawing upon his extensive experience in government litigation, prosecution, corporate regulation, and courtroom advocacy, he established a practice dedicated to providing comprehensive legal solutions to corporations, businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals. His transition to independent practice reflects his desire to leverage his diverse legal experience in serving a broader client base while maintaining the highest standards of professional excellence.
